We hereby commit ourselves:

to run the casting platform only on a cost-covering basis and to align it with the principles of non-profitmaking and the non-profit idea.

as entrepreneurs and operators of the casting platform, not to profit from possible profits. Instead, we will set up a charitable non-profit organisation that profits solely from potential profits and uses them in line with our goals of creating equal opportunities, transparency and visibility for actors.

to use our resources – be it financial, material or human – responsibly and efficiently.

to continuously evaluate and improve our charitable endeavours to ensure a sustainable and long-term positive impact.
